Defined centers (colored in on your body graph) are fixed. They project a reliable and consistent energy that is unique to the person. You can rely on this energy on a daily basis. Defined centers are also the energies that others consistently experience around you. Others around you may “pick up on” these energies, and identify you as someone who is inspiring, thought-provoking, communicative, lit up, or emotional.
Undefined Centers (white on your body graph) are the places where we are most vulnerable to influences from outside of ourselves. This makes them valuable learning centers. It means that these centers don’t have a fixed or consistent way of processing and experiencing that particular energy.
